[Acoustics] Possible downtime for Acoustics mailing list

On Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 25-26, the servers, their OS, and the 
mailman software used to run the acoustics mailing list will be 
upgraded.  This may entail some downtime.

If you try to send mail to the lists while they are down, you should 
get an error message.  I will be in the field those days, so if you 
have questions, please contact David Mueller (dmueller at usgs.gov).
