[Acoustics] Toughbook CF-18 Operating System

Howdy, Hi. I am looking at the Tablet PC - convertible configuration of
the Toughbook CF-18. Does anyone have any experience or advice about
whether the Tablet version of Windows XP or XP Pro works better with the
serial port? Specifically communication with a Rio Grande Workhorse ADCP
through the serial port connected by direct cable or by radio modem.
