[Acoustics] WM5 stops to work well

Hello Paulo,
If you are using Water Mode 5, you probably don't have enough depth to
resolve ambiguity. Try WM11 with the same WM5 settings...it will forget
about resolving the ambiguity velocity when the depth gets too shallow.

Hi Nick
Thanks, for your comment
I have achiving great measurements in this mode in his high limits, of
course higher you told me because is a 600
but here my problem is the contrary.
I am measuring in a 1 meter depth, and near zero velocities, flat bottom
,
so I think, or I am under his low limit, or a problem in the
hardware/firmware.
It suppose to work, if I took : 10 cm depth cell, 25 cm blank, 10 cm
draft, plus around 10 for another cell would give me 45 cm as a minimun
depth, which is less then the minimun depth required (65 cm) , but both,
less then the meter I measured.
Or we have a third option here, low limit is not what we think in real
life.
Have any of you measure in such condition with a 600 khZ ?
Which is the shallow measurement you did with a 1200 ?
Cheers
Paulo
