[Acoustics] Geotextile Membrane

Greetings,

I am in the market for geotextile membrane or similar product to line
the wetted perimeter of a small diversion canal located in Southern
California.  The channel has a high aquatic growth rate and the summer
time air temperatures reach 130 degrees.  

Can anyone recommend a product that will slow/stop the growth and
tolerate this type of heat?
