[Acoustics] StreamPro Section-by-Section inquiry

Has anyone tried using the StreamPro Section-by-Section software to 
measure dischrage at a river with complete ice cover?  We deal with ice 
affected streamflow for a good portion of the year up here in Alaska, so I 
am trying to figure out how to use the StreamPro to measure velocities 
under ice cover.   I would appreciate any tips if this has been attempted 
in the past!
