Joseph, I just got off the phone with a local LaserTech distributor who
has the same info. Sounds like a good unit, just unsure when it will be
available.
Thanks, Tim

We've been looking at the TruPulse 200, also by LaserTech. <
http://www.geosolution.com/LTI_trupulse.htm> it supposedly weighs in at
8oz. And is accurate within +/- 1ft, its supposed to go for about $700.
The only problem is that we've yet to find a place that has it, Everywhere
I've called says they don't have them yet, a few places said it they
wouldn't be released until December or January, so I'd do some checking
before ordering online. Let me know if you find somewhere that has them
in stock!

Has anyone found a rangefinder that has +/- 1 ft accuracy and is lighter,
smaller and cheaper than an LaserTech Impulse 100? We use rangefinders
for ADCP and wading (<300 ft wide sections) measurements.
Thanks, Tim
