[Acoustics] ADCP with wave measurement

Any thoughts on autonomous upward-looking profilers with directional wave 
capability? Here is what I know so far:

Sontek Argonaut XR can do waves with no direction 
Sontek Argonaut ADP can do directional waves (but we'd like to do without 
the monstrous battery case)
RDI Workhorse has an upgradeable waves option
Nortek has the AWAC, but it samples in 0.4-m bins only

Any help is greatly appreciated...
