[Acoustics] Policy memo on using Winriver 10.06??

Greetings all
      The question I have is what ever happened to the policy memo on
WinRiver 10.06? I last spoke with Kevin Oberg last May 2004 and it was in
the final drafts. I am preparing for a SW review in May and remembered that
there has not been a policy memo on this - what is the status of this memo?
