Hello everyone.
This question may sound dumb but I haven't seen it asked before.
Every one assumes that when they set bins/cells etc that is where you are measuring the velocity. So in a 2m deep section 10 cm bins give 20, 20 cm bins give 10 and so on.
My question - how do you know that your signal is coming back from those bins is the answer. That is how can you be sure that the signal has reached the furthest away bin and the signal you have received back from that bin belongs to that bin and not the bin before it?
Thanks
Mic Clayton
