Hi just wanted to touch base with anyone who is using this unit.
I have had a play with one and apart from some velocity discrepancies seems to be OK.
I am interesed in it because I like the idea of not needing bottom tracking and aligning it more with standard current meter practices. I have heard that Sontek are looking at providing a similar mode on their River Cats. Anyone exposed to this idea yet?
