G'day People,
We recently purchase a workhorse and river boat with radio modems. I can
talk to the ADCP with a direct connection, but not using the modems. I have
a network link between the modems, but BBtalk won't talk. There is a y
cable marked GPS/ADCP for computer to modem connection. Using the GPS
connector produces echoed characters on the screen, using the ADCP
connector does not. Neither BBtalk or Winriver will talk to the ADCP
through the modems, maybe I'm missing something really obvious, but why
does my computer not like the modem?
Cheers,
Mick Yemm
