[Acoustics] Approved Sontek Software

We have a made several discharge measurements on the Trinity River in
Northern California using a Sontek 3.0 mHz ADCP that will be reviewed by
the USGS.  The data was collected using software version 4.2.  Missing
from version 4.2 are the algorithms for mean velocity and area (USGS
testing found the algorithms inappropriate).  Can discharge measurements
be processed with this version of software or should the next previous
version be used.
