[Acoustics] policy memo for WinRiver 10.06??

Good questions....

The WinRiver memo is being reviewed by OSW staff and I believe that they 
have until next week to respond.  After that, it should only take a couple 
days to get it out.  I would like to have it ready to go by the end of next 
week latest.

The Flowtracker memo had to be revised to address some comments from OSW 
staff review.  It is not ready for approval.  Steve Blanchard is giving it 
a final glance before it is sent.

We also have an archival memo in review, but I think that this one may take 
a while to get out because it addresses more than ADCPs and Hydroacoustics.

If you would like to see the draft memos (any of them), let me know and 
I'll send them to you.
