[Acoustics] policy memo for WinRiver 10.06??

Greetings all
                             To the HAWG group, what is the status of the
memo regarding the use to WinRiver 10.06? It was mentioned at the workshop
in San Diego, CA in March that the memo would be forth coming, along with
the memo on the Flowtracker. Mike Rehmel mentioned (email of 5/24/2004)
that this was also forth coming. Where are these memos??
