[Acoustics] Looking for reports and papers in different index-velocity rating procedures

I hope some of the list members can point me to some reports or papers 
on different index-velocity rating procedures.

I have a copy of the USGS Water-Resources Investigations Report 01-4157 
that describes the development and application of multiple regression 
equation. Any other information anyone has would be appreciated. It can 
be emailed to my email address below.

I am particularly interested in documented cases of the SonTek Argonaut 
SL.
